Zeleni vir and Vražji prolaz are located near Skrad, and in 1962 they were protected due to their exceptional beauty and geological value and declared a special geomorphological reserve. The Zeleni vir picnic area, located at 302 meters above sea level, can be reached from several directions. Zeleni vir is a powerful spring at the bottom of a shallow, spacious cave, over whose entrance 70 m high vertical rocks tower, down which a beautiful waterfall falls, next to which you will surely take wonderful Instagram photos. Devil’s Pass is located a little further, and it is one of the most beautiful canyons in Gorski Kotar, through which the Jasle stream makes its way. There is a footpath along the canyon where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. At the end of Vrajže prolaz, there is another special feature of this attractive excursion site – Muževa hižica cave, which can be viewed by tourists up to 200 meters.
